Travelling to Cumbria

The best options for travel would be to drive (you'll get to know the M6 really well!) or to book a train to Carlisle Train Station.

This weekend will be the start of half-term, please bare this in mind when planning your travel.

Coach between Carlisle and Kirklinton Hall

We are providing coaches to two pickup locations in Carlisle on the morning of the wedding.

The first pickup location will be the Premier Inn at Junction 44 (see Where To Stay tab).

The second pickup location will be confirmed when we know where everyone is staying.

The coaches will take you to the wedding venue for 12pm and then return you to your pickup-point in the evening.

Taxis

If you are staying elsewhere and would like to book a taxi back to your hotel, we recommend booking this in advance. Kirklinton Hall is in a rural area and taxis will be limited and could be expensive.

Driving to Kirklinton

If you would like to drive yourself to the wedding venue, there is limited parking available. All cars just need to be off site by midday on Monday 26th May.
